📌 Step by Step Guide:
1️⃣ Step 1:
First, call the Easypaisa helpline and note the transaction details (date, sender's name) that caused the block. Then confirm on Binance that this payment actually came from a P2P trader.
2️⃣ Step 2:
Next, ask the trader to provide the CNIC of the account from which he made the payment. If he doesn't provide it, report it to Binance immediately. Binance will review it a few days later and will ask the trader for the CNIC.
3️⃣ Step 3:
Create a receipt using Canva that has the same date as the transaction on any mobile/electronic device.
4️⃣ Step 4:
Prepare a Justification Letter stating that you were selling an electronic device and include the details as per the receipt.

✔️ Canva receipt
✔️ Payment screenshot
✔️ Sender CNIC (front & back)
📂 Compile all documents into a PDF (make each image 100kb using Chrome) and email it with a brief description (your name, CNIC, etc.). After a while, you will receive an auto-reply that the email has been received. Then Easypaisa will review and provide you with a Complaint ID and inform you when the account will be reopened.
