The lawmakers raised concerns that delayed enforcement could damage confidence in the SEC's credibility, especially as it also suspended or dismissed other crypto enforcement cases involving Binance, Coinbase, and Kraken. The letter requests the SEC to preserve all related documents and communications about the case suspension, but the SEC has not publicly responded yet.
