Riot Platforms has sold 1,080 Bitcoins for approximately $96 million to acquire a site in Rockdale for a data center development project. The company also entered a leasing and services agreement with AMD to deploy 25 megawatts of IT load capacity on this site. The project deployment will begin in January 2026 and is expected to be completed by May 2026.
