Throughout the year, Balancer has been collaborating on projects with NEO Empresarial, a group of engineering students from UFSC - Federal University of Santa Catarina, to connect academic learning with real-world practice.

This partnership enables students to work closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience and direct access to industry professionals.

Last Monday, we launched a special 5-week, full-time, on-site phase, where part of the group will be fully immersed in our daily activities.

We believe that fostering talent early and aligning practical experience with university education makes a real difference.
