I’m Down to $1.07 USDT — and This Is the Most Important Phase of My Trading Journey

People love reading success stories.

Green PnL screenshots.

Big leverage wins.

Overnight “I made it” posts.

But today, I’m writing something different.

Right now, my trading account shows $1.07 USDT.

That’s it.

No filters.

No excuses.

Just the truth.

How I Got Here

I started this challenge with $1.94 USDT and a clear goal:

to grow it step by step, with discipline and consistency.

Some trades went right.

Some didn’t.

Then came what every trader eventually faces:

Stop-loss hunts

High leverage pressure

Emotional decisions

And lessons that hurt more than the loss itself

I learned very quickly that the market doesn’t care about hope.

It only respects risk management.

The Biggest Lesson So Far

Here’s something no one tells beginners clearly:

Small capital + high leverage is not bravery.

It’s a shortcut to emotional damage.

Most of my losses didn’t come from bad analysis.

They came from:

Trading where I shouldn’t

Using leverage my account couldn’t breathe under

Wanting results too fast

The market punished that. Fairly.

Why I’m Still Here

Many people quit at this stage.

When the balance looks embarrassing.

When confidence is shaken.

When it feels easier to disappear than to continue.

But this is exactly the phase where real traders are formed.

Anyone can trade when:

The account is green

Confidence is high

And emotions are calm

But can you stay disciplined when:

Capital is low

Every decision matters

And there’s no room for ego?

That’s the real test.

What Changes From Here

I’m not chasing losses.

I’m not increasing leverage.

I’m not forcing trades.

From here on:

Capital protection comes first

One clean setup is better than five random ones

“No trade” is a valid decision

Learning > proving something

This challenge is no longer about turning $1.07 into a big number quickly.

It’s about building habits that work even when conditions are hard.

Why I’m Sharing This Publicly

Because social media needs more honesty.

There are thousands of posts showing profits.

Very few showing the grind behind them.

If you’ve ever:

Blown a small account

Felt frustrated after SL hunts

Questioned whether trading is really for you

Then know this:

You’re not alone. And you’re not broken.

Losses don’t define you.

What you do after them does.

This Is Not the End

This is a pause.

A reset.

A moment to get smarter.

I’ll continue sharing:

What I learn

What works

What doesn’t

And how mindset changes everything

No fake motivation.

No guaranteed profits.

Just a real journey.

If you’re still here reading this,

thank you 🤍

And if you’re walking a similar path —

stay disciplined, stay patient, and don’t quit on yourself.

Small capital.

Big lessons.

Still in the game.
