Recently, I came across a concerning case involving a creator known as @OnchainMaster , who shared a screenshot claiming they received a 1 BNB reward from Binance Square (Official). After verification, it became clear that the screenshot did not belong to them. The image was originally from my friend and legitimate creator @Twin Tulips , but it was reposted as if the reward had been personally earned by someone else.
❗ Why This Is a Serious Problem
Screenshots are not proof of earnings. They can be easily:
Reused
Cropped
Edited
Taken out of context
Posting such images without ownership or transaction proof is misleading and is often done to:
Gain attention
Build false credibility
Increase engagement
Manipulate “write-to-earn” or reward-based programs

What makes this situation worse is the outcome.
Using this same deceptive strategy,
The fake creator reportedly earned over $343+ in just one week and total of $1305+ from a write-to-earn program.
Meanwhile, real creators who follow the rules, produce original content, and stay honest are barely rewarded.
In my own experience, despite being a genuine creator, I earned only $1.9 during the same period.
This imbalance discourages authenticity and rewards deception, something that directly harms the creator ecosystem.
