En mi primer post comparto este texto de @KiuTrades porque toca un tema del que poco se habla en trading pero que lo define todo: la salud mental.
“No puedes ganar dinero de forma constante si no tienes el alma en orden…
Muchos están aquí buscando libertad financiera, pero pocos entienden que la libertad empieza por la cabeza. Hoy quiero salirme un poco de las EMAs y gráficos para hablar de algo que se queda en la sombra: la depresión y el trading.
Si entras al mercado sintiéndote vacío, solo o deprimido, el trading no te va a curar; al contrario, va a amplificar lo que sientes. Si ganas, sentirás una euforia falsa; si pierdes (que es parte del proceso), el golpe será el doble de pesado, porque el mercado tiene el poder de amplificar tus miserias cuando no estás bien.
He visto a muchos usar las velas de 1 minuto para distraerse de una realidad que les duele. Se pierden en ese movimiento de velas mientras intentan dejar de sentir el dolor que los carcome. Eso no es operar, es evadir. El trading profesional requiere una mente fría y quirúrgica; nunca debes usarlo para evadir el dolor. Si tu mente está nublada por la tristeza, tus decisiones también lo estarán.
Si hoy sientes que no puedes con el peso de tus pensamientos, no operes. El mercado va a estar aquí mañana, el siguiente mes y en todo el 2026. Tu paz mental, puede que no, y es lo que más debes cuidar.
A veces, lo más “profesional” que puedes hacer no es meter un Long de 75x para que algo se mueva dentro de ti, sino apagar la pantalla y buscar a alguien con quien hablar. No permitas que una vela roja defina tu valor como persona.
El día martes estaremos en vivo, aprendiendo, operando, conversando, como familia. Es una oportunidad, no solo de aprender a ser mejor trader, sino de compartir y expresarte junto con gente que no va a juzgarte, sino a escucharte. Aunque el trading es una actividad muy solitaria, cuando nos juntamos nos sentimos en casa y, quien quiera que seas, estás invitado a este espacio donde todos somos socios y nos ayudamos a progresar.
Un trader que solo tiene ganas de llorar o de autodestruirse es un trader que va a quemar su cuenta por venganza contra el mercado y contra sí mismo. Sanar tu mente es, técnicamente, mejorar tu operativa.
Como consejo final, recuerda siempre que el éxito en el trading se mide en dólares, pero la riqueza se mide en paz mental. Si el mercado te está robando la sonrisa, el precio que estás pagando es demasiado alto. Cuídate, analízate y recuerda que aquí no solo venimos a ganar dinero, venimos a ser mejores versiones de nosotros mismos. 🧱”
