Newbies in the crypto world, if you want to really make money in crypto, you have to stay away from short-term intraday trading⚠️
For example, I might tell you to short ETH in the morning, and then close it in the evening, or close it in a few hours, and then rush to open a second position💰
In short, it's about making a little profit on each trade, maybe ten or so points, then running away, and then onto the next trade. To be honest, this kind of trading gives a very stimulating feeling. When I was a beginner, I liked it too, not just liked it.
Given my personality, I want to do everything the best I can, so back then, I could say I played this short-term trading remarkably well, probably doubling my money in about two weeks, but with the rapid doubling came side effects—staying up late, extreme emotional fluctuations, inability to eat or sleep, impatience with people and things around me, and then losses, holding positions, and liquidation.
So I say, if you ask me today to look at which trader has multiplied their capital in a short time, I wouldn't feel anything at all; that's how I got through it.
This way of trading won't last long. Trading is like a game that is bound to result in liquidation. If you have one liquidation in 10,000 trades, the higher your trading frequency, the faster your liquidation will come.
At the same time, with the increase in trading frequency, the profit potential of trades diminishes, and emotional fluctuations can lead to a situation where you might face one liquidation in 100 trades, averaging three trades a day, resulting in liquidation once every 30 to 40 days.
At this point, I don't know if you feel that this aligns surprisingly with the liquidation frequency of retail investors like you. Yes, I'm telling a story, but this story is actually based on real trading exchange statistics📊
So this is also the reason I won't lead anyone to engage in any short-term intraday trading. I’ve said this more than once; many teachers like to do short-term intraday trading, purely because they lack the ability to trade trends, while beginners are particularly fond of intraday short-term trades.
At the same time, intraday short-term trading can provide two things that profit-seeking teachers love: 1️⃣ Constant daily profit charts, three to four trades a day, there's always a profit 2️⃣ New advertising materials 3️⃣ Satisfying the gambling nature of beginners.
In short, I don't lead people to do intraday trading. Even if I have the ability, I wouldn't share it. I think this thing is like Pandora's box; once opened, many people can't close it.
