A changing of guard ceremony took place at Allama Iqbal’s Mausoleum in Lahore on Sunday, where a contingent of the Pakistan Navy assumed honorary guard duties.

Rear Admiral Sohail Ahmed Azmi, Commander Central Punjab, Pakistan Navy, attended as the chief guest and reviewed the contingents of Pakistan Rangers and the Navy during the official handover.

The Punjab Rangers completed their ceremonial tenure and were formally relieved, allowing the Navy contingent to take over the prestigious responsibility.
