VERB TECHNOLOGY will officially change its name to TON Strategy on September 2nd and replace its stock ticker with TONX.
On August 30, according to Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed $TON treasury company Verb Technology Company announced that the company name will be officially changed from "Verb Technology Company, Inc." to "$TON Strategy Company" on September 2, and the Nasdaq stock code will be changed from "VERB" to "TONX" at the same time. After the market opens on September 2, it will be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market with the "TONX" code. In addition, the company will launch a new company website to coincide with the name change. Prior to this news, Verb Technology disclosed that its total assets have exceeded $780.00 million, including $713.00 million worth of Toncoin ($TON ) cryptocurrency and $67.00 million in cash.
