ETHZilla is taking "Real World Assets" (RWA) to the stratosphere—literally. By launching the Eurus Aero Token I, they’ve turned massive commercial jet engines into $100 digital building blocks on the Ethereum network (specifically via Arbitrum).
The play is simple but high-level: ETHZilla bought two CFM56 jet engines for about $12.2 million and leased them to a major, profitable U.S. airline. Instead of only big banks getting those sweet lease checks, token holders now get a piece of the action. With an 11% target yield paid out monthly through 2028, it’s a move from speculative crypto "hopium" to hard, contractual cash flow. This is the definition of a "boring but beautiful" yield play—the airline pays the rent, the smart contract distributes the cash, and you earn while planes are in the air.
