Those who are saying that PAXG is a scam after the recent 10–11 incident need to understand that although PAXG is pegged to gold, it’s still a cryptocurrency not gold and its volatility can be affected just like any other crypto.

This didn’t happen for the first time, if you look at the chart in April 2024, PAXG showed even worst volatility back then. I think it actually performed better than any other crypto because it price recovered fast.

My advice for the future is to choose a leverage level that allows you to handle up to 30% volatility otherwise trade spot.
