In December 2023, an anonymous user on 4chan posted a single thread that called Bitcoinâs cycle top almost perfectly.

This user laid out a simple timing pattern:
ATL to ATH â 1,064 days
ATH to ATL â 364 days
He showed the same structure across:
2015 â 2017
2018 â 2021
2021 â 2022
Then extended it forward.
The model landed on October 6th, 2025.
What Actually Happened
Bitcoin topped on October 6â7, 2025.
The timing error was days but it wasnât the only prediction
Screenshots star circulating on X claiming the same user predicted this for 2026
BTC $250,000
ETH $20,000
SOL $1,500
These screenshots are fabricated.
The cited post ID doesnât exist.
The number shown is in the hundreds of millions, while real /biz/ post IDs in December 2025 are around 61 million.
That gap is impossible.

The anon:
- Correctly mapped a cycle top
- Never returned
- Never made new predictions
Others used his âaccuracyâ to push fake predictions later.
This was just one real post.
