FG Nexus, an Ethereum treasury company listed on Nasdaq, disclosed it holds 37,594 ETH as of January 20. The company has a total outstanding debt of $1.9 million and 33.6 million common shares outstanding. FG Nexus also repurchased approximately 9.9 million common shares at an average of $3.24 per share and about 53,000 preferred shares at around $24.16 each, totaling more than $32 million in buybacks.
