I’ve realized how much constant visibility changes behavior. When every step is observed, people don’t act naturally. They second-guess, delay, or avoid commitment altogether. That pressure doesn’t create better decisions, it creates defensive ones. Dusk feels interesting to me because it seems to remove that background stress. By protecting the process while still proving correctness, it allows actions to happen without fear of being misinterpreted mid-way. That psychological safety matters more than it sounds. When people feel safe executing decisions, systems become more fluid and honest. Over time, that leads to healthier participation. I don’t see this as hiding activity. I see it as giving decisions room to exist before they’re judged.
