Once valued at $1B, Farcaster is now acquired by Neynar, the developer infrastructure company that’s supported its ecosystem from day one.

Co-founders Dan Romero and Varun Srinivasan will step back, while Neynar’s Rish & Manan take the reins. No immediate changes to apps, protocol, or Clanker.
