Dusk understands that for different reasons, regulated institutions that financial networks interoperate with need to see control and not exposed a full transaction history. This means privacy is value that the network has to provide, instead of a position that the network has to take. Throughout the chain, the activity isn’t hidden = the activity is controlled and the order of revelation is protected.
