On February 10, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won met with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang at a California restaurant to discuss high-bandwidth memory (HBM) supply and broader artificial intelligence business cooperation. According to Jin10, the meeting highlights ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two companies in the AI sector. Previously, reports indicated that Samsung Electronics plans to begin mass production of HBM4 as early as the third week of this month, which will be used in NVIDIA's next-generation AI computing platform, 'Vera Rubin.'
