Why are traders and investors holding SOL ?
Sol is a high performance blockchain designed to process transaction very fast and at very low cost, this means people can trade, send money and use apps without paying high fees. Due to its flexible nature, many DeFi, NFT and gaming projects are being supported by SOL. Every crypto coins have birth, growth and developmental phase. Investor are heavily involved with coins which shows future adaptability with strong growth. $SOL goes bearish and bullish likewise, however the difference is it helpss to hold crypto ecosystem. As soon as i woke up, i check Binance Square and saw huge articles claiming $XAU and $XAG crashed causing; not in MILLIONS, not in BILLIONS but in TRILLION DOLLARS of loss💔💔💔💔💔💔
I was so shocked as I had checked my charts and everything before sleeping and no bearish trend was visible so far. I started researching and i found out, "GOLD AND SLIVER DIDN'T CRASH AT ALL".
Let's brreak it down what actually happened?
Exchanges raised margin requirements on Gold and Sliver - meaning traders had to post more money to hold positions, which caused traders to settle their positions and SELL💸💸Traders selling caused huge spike of bearish for a momentum, which caused other sellers to PANIC SELL, which further made downward fall💸💸Political and Global traders are not stable during this period which further assured traders and investors to sell, whcih again caused downward fall💸💸
