Dubai physical silver hitting $95.05 USD.
If markets were normal, arbitrage traders would jump on this spread in seconds and close it.
But they can't – and that tells you everything: the physical metal simply isn't available for delivery.
The arb is dead because no one can actually deliver the silver.
Western banks have been controlling the price forever with endless paper contracts.
Now the East (UAE, China) is demanding real physical, and they've broken the whole system.
True price discovery is moving out of New York – it's in Dubai/Shanghai now.
If you're holding unallocated silver accounts or paper positions, watch out – cash settlement incoming soon.
