Your main goal in trading is make profits and not lose money, so the first point and one of the most important points it's to have a strict money management.
so what's a money management ? a money management it's how much you risk in each trade ( with % ) for example I risk 3% of my initial capital per trade . but why doing that ? for the simple reason to not lose a big part of your money and avoid trading with your emotions and the fair of losing your money.

I see many people who use futures without any strategy which it's the biggest error u can do, it's literally gambing so if u want to use futures u must have at least a strategy, a money management, a risk management ect.. ( there is many good videos hat teach that on YouTube, but be careful from scammers who just want to sell their videos or books ) if u don't have the time to do all that just invest in good crypto in the spot and hold it until the bullrun come . if u have a little capital and u want to have some good profits u can hold in futures but with a little levrage like x3 or x2 ( depend of the coin too ) and sell it when the price is up but having a strategy in general it will be 1000 better
💰💰 This is the best time to sell your crypto because there is a high probability that they will fall in the next hour and then buy them back when they are at their lowest.
