Anybody face future lose.Here a message for Binance team.

Dear Binance Support Team,

I’m writing to request a review of my recent futures account liquidation. During the market crash, I was unable to access my Binance account due to platform unavailability. Despite multiple attempts to log in, the app wouldn’t open or respond, which prevented me from managing or closing my open positions in time.

As a result, my entire futures balance was wiped out through no fault of my own. I have always been a responsible trader and take risk management seriously, but this loss occurred solely because I couldn’t access the platform when it mattered most.

I kindly request that you investigate this incident and consider possible compensation or recovery, as the issue stemmed from system inaccessibility rather than user error.
