🚨 ¿ES BINANCE EL PRÓXIMO EN LA LISTA en VENEZUELA? | Lo que debes saber hoy.
$BNB Tras el cierre de las cuentas de Kontigo por parte de JPMorgan, la pregunta que inunda mi comunidad es ¿Puede pasarle lo mismo a Binance? La respuesta corta es, Es muy poco probable que ocurra de la misma forma, pero los riesgos para los usuarios en Venezuela están cambiando. Aquí te explico el porqué:
1. El "Escudo" de Binance: La supervisión de EE. UU.
A diferencia de startups pequeñas como Kontigo, Binance ya pasó por "el fuego".
- En 2023, Binance llegó a un acuerdo histórico con el Departamento de Justicia de EE. UU., pagando más de $4.000 millones en multas.
¿Qué significa esto en 2025? Que Binance tiene hoy instalados "monitores" o supervisores del gobierno estadounidense dentro de su estructura.
- Conclusión: Para un banco como JPMorgan, Binance es ahora una entidad "bajo control" y mucho más transparente que una startup pequeña que apenas empieza a cumplir normas.
2. El verdadero riesgo, Tu cuenta bancaria, no Binance
JPMorgan y otros bancos no están atacando a Binance directamente; están atacando las transacciones sospechosas.
- Si usas tu cuenta de Zelle o un banco en el exterior para hacer P2P y recibes dinero de alguien que está marcado por el banco por "actividad inusual", el banco cerrará TU cuenta, no la de Binance.
- En Venezuela, el riesgo más grande es la triangulación, cuando un tercero te paga desde una cuenta que no es la suya. Eso dispara las alarmas de "lavado de dinero" inmediatamente.
3. El factor Venezuela (Sanciones 2025)
Binance es extremadamente cuidadoso con las sanciones de la OFAC.
- Si Binance detecta que un usuario está usando la plataforma para mover fondos vinculados directamente al gobierno sancionado o entidades prohibidas, lo bloqueará antes de que el banco se dé cuenta.
- Esto lo hacen para proteger su licencia global. Por eso, si eres un usuario común que solo ahorra o cambia sus ingresos, el riesgo es bajo, pero siempre existente.
💡 3 Reglas de Oro para proteger tu dinero:
1. Cero palabras prohibidas: En las notas de tus transferencias bancarias (bolívares o dólares), NUNCA pongas: "Binance", "Cripto", "USDT" o "Pago de criptomonedas". Usa conceptos neutros como "Pago de servicios" o "Préstamo".
2. Verifica la identidad: En el P2P, asegúrate de que el nombre de la persona que te transfiere en el banco sea el MISMO nombre que aparece verificado en Binance. Si no coinciden, cancela la operación.
3. No seas un "Banco": Si mueves miles de dólares diarios en tu cuenta personal sin justificar ingresos, el banco te cerrará por "uso comercial de cuenta personal", no por ser usuario de criptomonedas.
