China's Ministry of Public Security has unveiled a draft for the Cybercrime Prevention Law, inviting public feedback. According to NS3.AI, the draft law explicitly bans individuals and organizations from knowingly hiding, transferring, purchasing, or selling virtual currencies linked to illegal activities. It also prohibits offering fund circulation services using virtual currencies known to be derived from criminal activities.
