$BTC Macro clarity beats noise

Yes, price tagged the late-cycle macro zone. That’s why 25% spot was trimmed at 125k.
No, that does not mean a bear market.

Different timeframes, different decisions:

Macro (monthly): routine partial profit-taking, nothing more.

Trading (daily/weekly): longs from 80–85k and 92k made sense and already paid.

As long as BTC holds above 80–85k on a weekly close, upside bias remains intact.
Targets like 95k → 112k+ are still in play.

I’m not selling spot into fear in the 80–90k range. Even in a worst-case bear scenario, an 80% drawdown is off the table.

Neutral → upside.
Patience > panic.

Other half hit SL. Out of longs and took the loss. The end of the 8 win streak, but not of the bullish bias

Alright, $BTC hit SL, invalidating the risky long idea we posted a few days ago.

Per plan, that means I got taken out of the remainder 40% of the 85k longs, and also the compounded long entered at 92k.

Keep in mind, that hitting SL on this long indeed doesn't mean we are bearish suddenly. I still have bullish bias weekly below 89k as pointed out last few posts, and I am still looking for one more long, per plan posted Yesterday.

I do suggest to do it patiently.

Shorting is not logical here, let alone selling spot, despite the sentiment around. But neither is mindlessly and aggressively going long too soon.

Neutral view and patient re-long is optimal here and timing is key.

I will call out when I go long again per remaining upside bias. As always, in live time.

Meanwhile, I indeed took a loss.

You know my practice and transparency. We have been posting win after win for 8 wins in a row and sharing how to manage ourselves through it.

Great reaction so far from 92.2k ✅
Now we count days again.

Yesterday, live, I called the 92.2k long, and trailed the invalidation of the remaining 85.2k longs to 89k. Price responded well already +$1,000 from entry.

On paper, nothing fancy yet. No profits to take, no reason to make it risk-free.

But technically and market-depth wise, this reaction adds confidence and strengthens the case for higher. Because of it, the probability of this setup playing out moves from the mid-80% zone closer to the 90% range.

This does not mean price can’t revisit entry.
This does not mean it can’t sweep local lows.
As long as invalidation holds, that behavior is normal.

We are still ranging and not clear yet. Likely resolution comes toward end of January or early February.

Just like we counted AAP (Age Above Pain) for the 85k longs, it’s valid to count AIP (Age In Pain) for this later entry. Worst-case assumption (for psychology, not prediction): up to ~2 weeks.

Counting time helps avoid over-management, early SL moves, or emotional decisions.
