Stablecoin issuer licensing is set to begin in March, with dealer and custodian licensing frameworks to follow.

Authorities are also advancing plans for derivatives, margin products, and tokenized bond rails.
This marks a clear shift toward structured, institutional grade adoption in the region.

$ADA is bouncing into a key supply band after a prior downside move, suggesting this rally may be corrective rather than impulsive. Structure indicates sellers remain in control while price trades below recent resistance.
As long as 0.279 remains unbroken, the bearish thesis stays intact. A rejection from the 0.262–0.268 zone increases probability of rotation toward 0.245 first. If downside momentum accelerates, 0.232 and 0.220 become the next liquidity objectives.
A strong reclaim above 0.279 would invalidate the short setup and shift short-term control back to buyers.

ETH is preparing its most transformative architectural shift since The Merge

Ethereum is exploring a fundamental change in how blocks are validated on L1. Instead of re-executing every transaction, validators may soon verify blocks using zero- knowledge proofs.

This initiative is part of the L1-zkEVM roadmap and centers on EIP-8025, which introduces optional execution proofs. Validators who opt in can confirm block correctness via cryptographic ZK proofs, while existing nodes continue operating without any changes to consensus.

Why this matters for $ETH : block validation is becoming increasingly resource-heavy as the network scales. ZK- based verification could drastically reduce hardware, storage, and bandwidth requirements - potentially making full Ethereum validation viable on consumer laptops again.

Lower validation costs also open the door to higher gas limits without pushing solo stakers out of the network. Crucially, security and client diversity are preserved: blocks are accepted only after multiple independent proofs are verified.

With institutional adoption of $ETH accelerating in 2026 and base-layer scalability back in focus, ElP-8025 signals a structural attempt to scale Ethereum without sacrificing decentralization.
