I would like to request clarification regarding the Ramadan Wheel of Blessings promotion.

For the past four days, I have been actively trying to participate. However, each time a new round becomes available, the rewards are shown as fully claimed within seconds. This makes it extremely difficult for regular users to have a fair opportunity to participate.

If all rewards are being claimed immediately, there should be greater transparency about how the distribution system works. If the rewards are already exhausted, the activity should automatically pause or clearly indicate that no rewards remain, rather than allowing users to wait and attempt unnecessarily.

Many participants are making a serious effort, even staying awake late at night, hoping for a fair chance. Repeatedly seeing the same result is discouraging.

Since this campaign is associated with the holy month of Ramadan, a period that holds special significance for many of us, I respectfully request Binance to review this promotion and ensure fairness and transparency for all users.

I hope the team can provide a clear explanation regarding how rewards are allocated.
