Today I deposited some USDT into Genius, the blockchain shows it has been credited, but there was no response from Genius.
So I reached out to customer service (click 'Help' in the lower left corner), described the issue, and customer service just replied to me that the money has been credited.

I suggest that every project team set up customer service directly on their website, like Binance, so that people can find assistance anytime.
