I keep wondering if there will really be a lasting bear market like in previous cycles because the market is more institutionalized and large investors won't want to leave their assets in hibernation for 4 years, for example. I think that from now on, the entire model of previous cycles will be broken, giving way to an unknown. Perhaps the market will be of constant volatility with permanent macro trends.

This crypto market has turned into a complete mess. These manipulations demonstrate more and more each day that this market needs to be regulated with strict laws and norms. A society cannot live without laws that regulate it, this market is disgusting due to so much manipulation. This has turned into a luxury little tiger or why not say a Casino? The manipulation is already too blatant and we mere mortals cannot get rid of it because we cling to the infamous hope of changing our lives. When we enter here, we hope to make 3x, 4x, or more, but there comes a point when what you want most is to recover only what you initially invested and leave and never come back. Not to mention the demoralization in front of your family having to explain the reason you withdrew money from your home to put it here and end up disappointed. And don't come telling me that I bought junk coins and that I bought at the top and so on... because that's not what happened. It's hard to find someone here today who is in profit. This market has caused diseases and psychological disorders and has ruined many families.

There is a shady play that I have been noticing for some time. Here it is: bitcoin drops and altcoins drop together, then bitcoin rises and the alts do not follow it, then bitcoin drops again and the cycle repeats, and more and more the alts melt away. For me, there is a conspiracy to end this market here and leave only bitcoin.
