Two charts to help you understand the current ETH

First, look at Chart 2:
Weekly and monthly charts. It's clearly in a bearish downtrend. Currently, it's undergoing a rectangular consolidation. The prevailing view is that after continuing the main trend's consolidation, a further decline is more likely. A breakout would signal a rebound.

We're focusing on short-term trades. Forget about the long-term for now.
Just understand that the market is currently oscillating within this range.

Then, look at Chart 2: (please study this chart carefully)

The prediction from the previous 1.12 version has now been completed. The 3300 profit target is now clearly showing a range that has reached 3400, where resistance is evident.

Therefore, the 3400 level can be considered for a short position.

Of course, the current trend is an uptrend on the 4-hour chart. Following the trend by going long is more appropriate, but avoid going long at resistance levels. So, 3400 is still a viable level for a short, but the stop-loss should not be set too far above.

Now, the target levels for the short position:

t1: 3210~3230 (This level is both a historical resistance/support from the horizontal axis and a trendline support level)

t2: 3030~2900 range (The second target is more general; adapt as needed. If reached, the range may expand significantly. Clearly, this range represents the lower support of the current oscillation channel)

At these two levels, if support is found, going long could also be considered.
I prefer to go long at these two levels.

Why do I lean toward a bullish outlook? Intuition, really. I feel that institutions are rotating, and they won't let Bitcoin suffer a major bear market crash. Also, the early-year performance over the past two years has generally been strong.
