According to experts, the recognition of cryptocurrency assets in Vietnam, especially the research allowing the pilot opening of exchanges, is very likely to trigger a new wave of F0 investors.
"Previously, due to concerns about legality and trading risks, many people did not participate. But soon, when the legal framework is cleared, and there are domestic exchanges ensuring safety, it is highly likely that more new players will appear in the Crypto market," said Sơn Thùy, an expert on Crypto.
However, most long-term participants interviewed also agreed that Crypto is not a game for beginners:
- According to Thùy: Unlike the stock market, Crypto has high volatility, trading 24/7, so the line between the dream of doubling assets and the nightmare of losing assets when participating in cryptocurrency trading is extremely thin.
- Hòa, a Crypto investor with many years of experience, stated: The crash of Mantra (OM) 4 months ago caused many local players to almost lose all their assets.
- Dũng Nguyễn, an investor living in Hanoi, recounted: In May 2022, due to not thoroughly researching the information, when he saw the price of LUNA drop 10 times (~$8), he decided to invest 200 million at the bottom. As a result, this amount of money was almost completely lost.
