Binance constantly reviews its product and service offerings to ensure the best user experience for all users. Effective from 2026-01-02 12:00 (UTC), if the funding rate of USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts with funding rate settlement frequency of every one hour is less than or equal to the absolute value of 0.025% for 16 consecutive cycles, Binance Futures will revert the settlement frequency from every one hour to every four hours on the 17th cycle. 
Example:
The funding rate settlement frequency of ZKPUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract will be adjusted from every one hour to every four hours latest by 2026-01-02 12:15 (UTC) if the funding rate is less than or equal to the absolute value of 0.025% starting from 2026-01-01 21:00 (UTC) to 2026-01-02 12:00 (UTC) consecutively (every hour). Thus, the upcoming funding payment with a settlement frequency of every four hours after the adjustment will occur at 2026-01-02 16:00 (UTC). The detailed arrangement is as follows:

The funding rate settlement frequency of ZKPUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract will not be adjusted from every one hour to every four hours if the funding rate is more than the absolute value of 0.025% in any cycles between 2026-01-01 21:00 (UTC) to 2026-01-02 12:00 (UTC) . 
Notes
The adjustment will be completed within approximately 15 minutes after the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled. For example, when the funding rate settlement frequency should be updated from every one hour to every four hours at 08:00 (UTC) funding rate settlement, users will see the adjustment on the funding rate settlement frequency latest by 08:15 (UTC). 
A separate announcement will be made if Binance Futures decides to adjust the parameters of the aforementioned conditions. 
Please note that funding payments with a settlement frequency of every four hours occur at 00:00 (UTC), 04:00 (UTC), 08:00 (UTC), 12:00 (UTC), 16:00 (UTC), and 20:00 (UTC).
Users may visit the Real-Time Funding Rate and Funding Rate History pages to view the latest funding interval and historical funding rates. API users may query USDⓈ-M Futures funding rate information via the newly added endpoint: GET /fapi/v1/fundingInfo.

Based on recent reviews, Binance will extend the Monitoring Tag to include more tokens on 2026-01-02.
The tokens to be added to the Monitoring Tag list are: 
Acala Token (ACA)
DAR Open Network (D)
Streamr (DATA)
Flow (FLOW)
Tokens with the Monitoring Tag exhibit notably higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens. These tokens are closely monitored, with regular reviews conducted. Keep in mind that tokens with the Monitoring Tag are at risk of no longer meeting our listing criteria and being delisted from the platform. 
To gain trading access to tokens marked with the Monitoring Tag, users will need to pass the quiz every 90 days on the Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms, and accept the Terms of Use. The quizzes are set up to ensure users are aware of the risks before trading tokens with the Monitoring Tag. Users may find the Monitoring Tags and on the corresponding Binance Spot and Binance Margin trading pages, as well as on the Markets Overview page. A risk warning banner will also be displayed for all tokens with the Monitoring Tags.
Binance will conduct periodic project reviews and decide if the Monitoring Tag should be added to or removed from tokens as per its latest findings. These criteria are considered during the review:
Commitment of team to project
Level and quality of development activity
Trading volume and liquidity
Stability and safety of network from attacks
Level of public communication, community engagement, and transparency
Responsiveness to our periodic due diligence requests
Evidence of unethical/fraudulent conduct or negligence
New regulatory requirements
Material/unjustified increase in token supply or changes to tokenomics
Impact from changes to the project’s ownership structure or to the core team members
Community sentiments 
Please note:
Other services related to the aforementioned tokens will not be affected. 
The Monitoring Tags for the aforementioned tokens will be updated shortly after the publishing of this announcement.

Please Note:
Only trades executed via ​​Binance Wallet (Keyless)​​ or ​​Binance Alpha​​ will qualify in this Promotion. Third-party dApp transactions are excluded.
Only cumulative purchases count during the campaign. Selling is excluded.
​​No Volume Caps​​: There is no cap on the trading volume for each participant in this Promotion.
Transactions related to bridging of tokens are not eligible for this Promotion.

Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern your participation in this activity (“Activity”). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
