Officially, the American Sovereign Bitcoin Fund was established by executive order from Trump.

The fund will contain all Bitcoin sourced from the U.S. government and will not purchase any additional Bitcoin at this time.

This is the reason for the drop in Bitcoin, as some expected that there would be a purchase of 200,000 units annually for 5 years $BNB
