Attractive capitulation range.
As I expected, the $75,000 level has once again become a liquidity magnet for a large number of market participants.
During this decline, I also bought SOL and POL.

I believe the pressure ahead of the Japanese data will trigger a complete capitulation of the bulls in the market, after which the price will likely recover to a range of 12 to 20%.

The "double bottom" trading idea generated at least 20% profit. Liquidity at $75,000, as I expected, was the optimal zone for opening long trades.
The profit from buying spot SOL, POL, and ETH is at least 17%. I believe the Bitcoin price will be under the control of the bulls this week.

I currently see two strategies:
1. "Inverse head and shoulders."

2. Forming a 'W' pattern. In the first case, $79,000 will conditionally act as the neckline.

In the second case, the price should fall back to $75,000.
The implementation of these ideas will be directly influenced by world events.

My short trade brought in at least a 20% profit. My strategy was to open a short trade at $84,100. Target profit: 10%.
As I expected, the price continued to move bearishly.

Given the liquidity received from stop-losses and liquidations from long positions, the price is recovering.

The price has consolidated above the conditional support line at $83,980.

Today, liquidity has drained the metal market, with some of it directed to the crypto market.

If short-term purchases keep the price above $83,980, I'll try to open a long trade with a target of $85,600.

Yesterday, I plotted a hypothetical short-term trend support line on the Bitcoin price chart. Today, the price corrected under pressure from bearish market sentiment and the outflow of liquidity into metals.

Reference:
PAX Gold (PAXG) alone attracted over $248 million in new investment in January 2026.
The daily trading volume of tokenized gold reached $1.93 billion at its peak.
Tether Gold (XAU₮): Market cap exceeded $4 billion, representing approximately 60% of the entire gold stablecoin market.
The tokenized metals market is valued at approximately $5.88 billion.

That's why I was bearish. Buying activity has decreased in the crypto market. The best strategy is to trade with the trend. This means short trades.
Overall, our short trade profited 60% with 10x leverage.

The nearest conditional support line is at $81,976.
In practice, after a bearish symmetrical triangle, the price corrects to the previous local bottom ($80,400).

The Bitcoin price chart has formed a similar pattern to the price movement in February 2018. Check it out for yourself.

As I predicted in my bearish scenario, the price broke the lower line of the symmetrical triangle. The price corrected to a depth equal to the widest part of the triangle, that is, to $86,140.

In practice, and even if we hypothetically assume a repeat of the price movement in February 2018, the short-term trend will shift to bullish.

If the resistance line at $90,800 is broken, and the indicated range is confirmed as support, I'll try to open a long trade. Use a stop-loss!
