Over the ~100 days after, price has seen an additional 45% ($110k --> $60k) contraction.
Using the same set of metrics, we can now assess how severe this bear market truly is.
This chart tracks the cumulative profit realized by Long-Term Holders (LTHs) from each cycle’s ATH toward the eventual top.
Since Nov 01, LTHs have realized an additional ~318k BTC in profit, an unusually large distribution into market weakness, adding sustained downside pressure.
That said, LTH supply has been growing since early December, signaling a slowdown in LTH spending.
