Industry associations such as D2A2 play an important role in bringing together operators, builders, and stakeholders to facilitate informed dialogue and collective learning across the ecosystem.   Through its membership and the non-binding MOU, OFZA will contribute operational insight, institutional memory, and active participation to D2A2-led initiatives, including industry dialogue, working groups, and knowledge-sharing forums.
